Pug - Gizmo (& Monte) - Small - Senior - Male - Dog
Gizmo 10 MFN
What beats a pair o' pugs? Nothing! Here's the thing - Monty was adopted, then returned to PRoNE because he had a vision issue, we were told. Well - he's since been evaluated by a vet who says that although he does have some eye pigmentation, he can see fine. You should see him run across the deck and down the stairs at his foster home, and he jumps up on the chair, then the table to play cards! Monty came in to PRoNE with his BFF Gizmo - these two pugs had spent much of their lives living in crates, with very little free time out of the crates. So we were thinking - perhaps this is the Universe telling us these two should be adopted as a pair. We are now trying very hard to place them as a pair. Monty: black pug, 6 yrs old, active, sweet, neutered/up-to-date.
Gizmo: fawn pug, Gizmo is a wonderful 10 year old pug that does not act like a senior in many ways! He is so happy and friendly and full of pep. He loves to be with people and his foster brothers and always seems to be carrying a favorite stuffed toy in his mouth. He recently has had a dental (so his teeth are super sparkly!) and also minor surgery to remove a growth on his eyelid. He's all up-to-date on shots and loves to snuggle on a lap at the end of the day. It doesn't get much cuter or sweeter than Mr. Gizmo & Mr. Monty!
